FREE Advice: Because of your documentation & sales / website pages - i'm having trouble convincing my team and investors (decision makers & buyers) about the value i see in the Socially platform. They just dont get it. So that tells me ... perhaps many others ... "Wont Get It" either. Please add more detailed info that is aimed at the managers, dev teams and social platform owner end users (decision makers) of the social platform system/s you sell. The info, style & wording used & shared is currently more tailored to the solo or UX based end users ... not sophisticated decision-making clients. This is both in wording and features explanations. You can tell that it is "Ai generated sales content" made for a very GENERAL audience. Decision makers, Owners and Buyers of your service are also MORE back-end and "How It Will Work" with my tech stack oriented in their decision/s to purchase. True? We don't just want fluffy A.I generated wording in the Pricing Page, Features pages & FAQ areas etc. We want the meat and potatoes all about the HOW THE THING we are investing in - works and Practicle Application - before we sign up for free use. You would have LARGER CTR & RIO on your advertising $ and time if you do. Perhaps if there is language barrier into English, then i would be happy to help translate into better "End User Buyer" oriented. Hinid & other International companies have the same issues ... how to convey the true depth and breadth of product and services to their "Customer Avatar"?
